1) 7X1 Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch – heavy but not maximal, rest 45 sec (exactly).
2) 7X1 Hang Power Clean + Power Clean + Push Jerk – heavy but not maximal, rest 45 sec (exactly).

Strength
