Hit this one up at Crossfit Unbroken with Hathcock.  Good times.

A. Squat snatch; build to a tough single in 4 attempts
B. Hang squat clean; build to a max

3 thrusters 165/95
3 Muscle ups

6 min amrap:
14 unbroken wall balls
7 unbroken chin ups

A: 235# - hit this in 5 reps I stead of 4. Solid
B: 305# - this may be a pr for hang. Not sure but it is within 10# either way.
Metcon:
4 rounds - wasn't digging heavy thrusters. Didn't want 5
+
7 rounds - uncomfortable but not bad. Have another round or two in me on a good day.
